Can she have a good time if she’s worrying about whether or not the videographer knows when to begin the slide show, or when the cake cutting will occur, or if the caterer knows when to pour the champagne for the toasts? The truth is, she can’t. by coordinating your reception, we help you enjoy the party and, most importantly, spend quality time with your new husband and family.

We help set the mood with music. As with the soundtracks to award-winning movies, the music at your reception will play a big part in setting the mood for the whole evening. If you wanted an elegant affair, then surely your entertainer will not play any Def Leppard or Limp Bizkit during the cake cutting. Likewise, if you want a fun, upbeat function, your entertainer will probably play some upbeat jazz during cocktails to set the mood. We help you set the mood that you wish to create by playing appropriate music at the right times.
